is compatible with Windows?

SDK is only on MAC. Developers must use betas to test apps made with SDK. Betas only available for developers. Developers must have macs for the SDK. Windows will never work with BETAS unless you're running some form of a hackintosh.

after i type in the password then click on the icon for the final version it brings me up the check out screen and eventually the payment screen…is there a step i'm missing?
