Hey beta 3 looks pretty much stable! Anyone running beta 1 or beta 2 should consider trying beta 3, it's day and night!

since I loaded beta 3 – I am randomly losing contacts from my Exchange Sync. I look in my Exchange Address book and they still exist.
    Anyone else?

When will you post Beta 4?

    Beta 4:
Default 'Utilities' folder with some of the common apps.
    New Wallpapers.
The time limit for task completion has changed from 5 minutes to 10 minutes.
Changes to networking behavior for suspended apps.
There isn’t an odd silent pause when you pick up a phone call now and the Maps app seems snappier and more precise than ever.
