Activate MMS on iPhone v1 (2G)

Why the hell didn’t Apple made MMS feature available in the new iPhone OS 3.0 for iPhone v1 users ? Well, you got it, it’s pure marketing, all they want is sell new iPhones at huge prices! Common Apple gives us all the neat features to us poor iPhone v1 users.

Anyway, here is how you can activate MMS on an iPhone v1 :

– You need to install iPhone OS 3.0 of course, doh !
– Jailbreak it
– Open Cydia
– Install the application ActivateMMS2G
– Reboot your iPhone
