PwnageTool 2.0.3 provides support for iPhone/iPod firmware 2.0.2 5C1, and it contains
Installer.app beta (b6). Also dev team added internationalization support for German (only?).
Windows QuickPwn application contains a revised GUI from Poorlad that has tighter
integration into the the main updated QuickPwn executable which has fixes for YouTube
and provides BootNeuter support for the unlock of 2G iPhones, remember this is still beta
software, use at your own risk.
Still no available version of QuickPwn for mac.
UPDATE : Download links updated with new versions!
If you had problems with PwnageTool or QuickPwn, please re-download them.

I have tried to upgrade the new firmware with the Pwnage 2.0.3 (just downloaded few hours ago). But with this version i have big problem on Mail application, i can’t retreive my mails cause it tells me that my account and/or passwords not good (i know them so there good). I try many things with imap and pop but same. The only thing i can do is restoring iphone firmware 2.0.1 wich made with the Pwnage 2.0.2 application. Even if i restore firmware 2.0.1 made by Pwnage 2.0.3 i had the same Mail app problem. I have US iphone v1. Seem a problem in making custom firmware only with Pwnage2.0.3. I suggest you to check Pwnage 2.0.3 application.

If you guys have problems with the new PwnageTool, I would suggest you wait for the new QuickPwn for mac, or use QuickPwn for windows in Parallels or VMWare Fusion like I did. I successfully jailbroke 2.0.2 firmware with it. All I can say is that it works! Give it a try if you do not have an iPhone 3G that needs unlocking otherwise stick with PwnageTool.

Outlawz, it can happen due to heavy bandwidth usage. Just retry the download, it’s about 15 MB.

Download link for QuickPwn ‘150′ Release is flawed. Have tried to pull the .zip 17 times in two days and not one has been a valid .zip

Sorry…buddy, just a quick question. Currently, i got an iPhone 3G with the firmware of 2.0.2(5C1), if i want to jailbreak it, should i download the MAC version of QuickPwn?? Because according to the web page, it said that QuickPwn is only for 2G iPhone users…perhaps there will be a MAC version of Pwnage Tool??? If i encounter any conflict, is there anyway to restore the iPhone back to original setting??

I downloaded pwnagetool 2.0.3 but when I run it I cannot select firmware 2.0.2. It automatically finds firmware 2.0. When I manually select firmware 2.0.2 there is an error message that says wrong firmware package.
